Martello, MBA, J.D., Ph.D.—also known as “Doc”—possesses substantial experience at the highest levels of the U.S. Government, the international intelligence community, academia, and private industry. He is a seasoned executive with a distinguished track record of building shareholder value and raising capital across diverse industries.
As Managing Director, CEO, and Chairman of multiple international ventures—including a global security and investigations company, a high-tech optical cable manufacturing firm, an international cybersecurity enterprise, and other business interests—he has consistently delivered financial innovation, corporate restructuring, private and public equity strategies, innovative debt and LBO financing, and successful capital-raising campaigns that positioned companies for growth and profitability.

Raised Significant Capital & Structured Investments – Secured multimillion-dollar commitments from global corporations, insurance partners, and private equity firms. He persuaded AIG and Lloyd’s of London to jointly invest in and strategically partner with a NASDAQ-listed safety technology company, strengthening its market entry and long-term viability.
Delivered Public Market Success – Helped capitalize, scale, and take a technology company public on the NASDAQ exchange, including ASI; successfully navigating regulatory approvals and accelerating time-to-market from years to months.
Led International Financial Development – Co-founded the International Commodity Exchange (ICE) in Moscow during Glasnost, creating Russia’s first post-Soviet market-based trading platform. This initiative revitalized economic activity and attracted international investment confidence, later reinforced by his role in convening U.S. and Russian central bankers to design banking and capital formation strategies.
Enhanced Shareholder Value – Directed corporate turnarounds that reduced costs by up to 52%, secured new financing for R&D and operations, and increased earnings per share by more than 50% year-over-year.
